Uncover Who You Really Are
These one-on-one hour sessions are sacred space. A safe, no-judgment zone where we strip away the noise, the roles, the survival masks—and take a deep, honest look at who you really are underneath it all.

In this powerful call, we’ll explore the beautiful, unique parts of you that may have been buried under people-pleasing, perfectionism, or toxic dynamics. We’ll talk about your current relationships—romantic, family, friendships—and get curious about where you might be abandoning yourself to keep the peace, avoid conflict, or stay “liked.”

I’ll also get personal. I’ll share parts of my own journey—how I lost myself in narcissistic abuse, how I slowly rebuilt my identity, and how I finally found peace by stepping into my true self.
