Hey, I’m Angie Marie — Authenticity & Lifestyle Coach, podcast host, and the founder of Reauthenticated.

For over 25 years, I stood behind the chair as a hairstylist, listening to women quietly carry the weight of burnout, people-pleasing, broken relationships, and invisible trauma. I lived it too — stuck in survival mode, shaping my identity around what others needed, while slowly losing connection to who I truly was.

It wasn’t until I hit rock bottom that I chose to rewrite the script.

I spent the next several years rebuilding my life from the inside out — healing from narcissistic abuse, nourishing my body through fitness and holistic nutrition, unlearning the lies I believed about my worth, and reconnecting with God and my true identity.

Now, I help other women do the same.

As an Authenticity and Lifestyle Coach, I guide women who are ready to stop abandoning themselves and start living with purpose, clarity, and confidence. My work is rooted in three core pillars:

  • Healing the body through sustainable nutrition, movement, and supplement support

  • Freeing the mind from toxic beliefs, patterns, and past trauma
